Formatting board memory

I'm wondering how the BeagleBoard can be formatted. I had some files
and programs installed on my board and it will be harder for me to
figure everything out and find the problem than to just format the
board and re-install things correctly.

if you have a pre-XM board: "nand erase" will do it.

if you have an XM, do whatever you want to that SD card
