FW: Support

Good morning,
I have a member of our company who has a beaglebone system connected to his computer via USB; I put his computer on our Azure domain, installed Connectwise, and Webroot and he says he cant communicate with the system.

I checked his device manager and below is what I see; do I need a driver to fix his communication issue? Thank you,

From what I remember, the new drivers are from the BBB.io peoples and not from the drivers dedicated to Windows. I think you may want to update the BIOS on your machine too (or UEFI).


P.S. I have had that issue since the onset. Have you looked up the info. for Windows RNDIS yet? If not, reply and I will look it up soon.
