gadget mode through USB-Hub

Hello,

when I connect my BB (Rev B.) directly to an USB port of my computer
the USB network gadget mode is working. When I try the same using a
USB-hub it does not work, the PC does not detect the bb. The network
on the BB seems to work:

How can I use a HUB and the bb in gadget mode? Is there a solution for that?

well, does the PC detect the hub for any other usb device? if not, it is
broken.

If you try to connect the hub upstream port to the BB and one of the
downstream ports to the PC, this will not work...

You were correct. The PC did not recognize the HUB. In fact it does
not recognize any HUB...

I did the same test on a other PC without any problems. Even two BBs
were recognized :slight_smile:
