Hi all,
I am Abhinav Jain, first year Electronics and Communication Engineering. I am interested in the Remote seismometer node project. I’ve done a few projects on AVR which included a similar project reading data from an MPU6050 and processing it. I havent worked on any ARM devices as of yet but I am really willing to learn and put in the effort.
What ive understood about the gist of the project is that, using an accelerometer/other sensors, an Earthquake detecting device is made which could convert the accelerometer readings into a suitable scale. Further, this device would send this data to a BOINC project.
Is my understanding of the project right, or am I missing something?
