Can someone please show me how to launch a simple upd stream from a UVC camera (as recommended because you havent yet given the drivers for the CSI MIPI camers) using the hardware encoders and decoders?

I can’t answer your question with 100% certainty, however I have seen in playing around with AI64 that in the /opt/edge-ai-apps directory, there is a tool called app_config_checker which appears to spit out the pipeline it uses to launch the various demos…in that you can see the gstreamer pipeline used for each.
