I am looking for information on the performance monitoring features implemented in the T-Head TH1520 SoC – hardware performance counters, branch trace buffers and the like.

Where could I find more information about these?

There is something online called these items:

  1. TH1520 Peripheral Interface User Manual
  2. TH1520 System User Manual

I am not quite sure right now where I derived these .pdf files. I will search some online and see if I can regain the exact location online.
