Help with Booting BeagleBone Black Rev C3 from microSD Card

Hi Team,

I received my new BeagleBone Black Rev C3 board.
I am able to boot from eMMC and log in to the board successfully.

I need help with booting the board from a microSD card:

  1. Where are the prebuilt images listed below located, and what is the procedure to boot from the SD card?
    a. Device Tree (.dtb)
    b. U-Boot image
    c. MLO
    d. Kernel image
    e. U-Boot environment file
  2. If I want to custom-build the kernel and U-Boot, what is the procedure?
