How do we do Peripheral Pin Select?

Hello BeaglePlay Experts,
I want to plug a click board onto the mikrobus socket.

Is there any tool to assign a particular peripheral of the MCU, for example, UART to a particular pin on mikrobus?

Python tool is preferred as it is simpler.
