You could also try the Argon Neo 5 case(s). I use the M.2 NVME version but both are practically the same (only the bottom differs).
That Argon Neo 5 Case looks very cold!
Do you have to modify it to fit your BeagleY AI?
I had a get a few thick thermal pads for DRAM and other small ICs on board (which you can skip), otherwise the thermal-pad that comes in box fits the SoC perfectly.
Aside from that, I had to trim the power button plastic a tiny bit (using a pair of wire-nippers).
No other modifications.
