how to configure the SDRAM on the beagle board Rev C3

Hello,

I am working on the IPL for the beagle board Rev C3. I can't
configure the SDRAM correctly.

Can anyone tell me how to configure the SDRAM on the beagle board Rev
C3. It is the Micron POP memory (MT29C2G48MAKLCJI-6 IT): 2Gb NAND x 16
(256MB) and 2Gb MDDR SDRAM x32 (256MB @ 166MHz)?

Or can anyone provide me the x-loader or u-boot code for the beagle
board Rev C3?
I got mainland x-loader-omap3 and u-boot-omap3 from http://gitorious.org/projects.
But it can’t help to solve my problem.
