how to make ethernet work in beagle board revision B7

Hi,

I have got new beagle boad revision B7.

it has only u–bootloader in it in nand flash.

  1. how to flash my u-bootloader and kernel to it using any uart serial utility. any reference pdf available. i does not mmc card.

  2. how to make the ethernet working. what usb to ethernt adaptor i should buy. is beagle kernel 2.6.27 supports or i have to enable some driver option and recompile the uImage.

  3. in u-bootloader, does ethernet will work, whether i can use dhcp and tftp.

Guys, help me to sort out this clarifications.
