How to partitioned eMMC and memory accumulating

I am using Beagle bone blue, i am facing 2 problems while using beagle bone blue

  1. why beagle bone blue memory getting accumulating very quickly, and how to solve this issue
  2. i have not get answer for how make different partition and how to use those partition without loosing data,
