howto recover beagle board (bootloader got crashed)

Dear All,

My u-bootloader got crashed and i erased the bootloader.

when i boot now,

i am getting following messages,

Texas Instruments X-Loader 1.41
Starting OS Bootloader…

I have SD card connected. If i hold user button and release reset switch, i get following messages,

40V

Texas Instruments X-Loader 1.41
Starting OS Bootloader…

how to boot from mmc and recover the beagle.

Guys help me in this to recover my board.

Restart with BOOT SD pressing the button "USER" while power on.

Follow sequence descript in Page 111 "SD Card Configuration" for make a
Boot in "BeagleBoard System Reference Manual".

whats the difference between 40V and 40T.
I am not able to understand.
I am getting 40V.

Is this any error.

I will try page 111 of BB_SRM.pdf

Thanks, I followed the BB_SRM pdf and it worked.
I am able to recover the board.

40T is output by the ES2.1 silicon and 40V is output by the ES3.0 version of the silicon.
