init : untracked pid xx exited

I am getting following problem :

I am able to mount my partition but immediately after freeing init
memory ,it throws "untracked pid xx exited" messages. I am working on
gingerbread 2.3.4 and able to boot properly with android kernel 2.6.37
but the issue comes if I use android 2.6.39 kernel .
