Iridium RockBlock connection

Hi,

I am using a RockBlock from the Iridium red, and would like if there is some examples to follow. Or how can I connect to it, since I am new using it.

Hi,

it.

Based upon http://www.rock7mobile.com/products-rockblock the unit is a
5V device -- and that likely includes the UART pins. You don't specify
which BeagleBoard product you are using, so I'm going to assume a
BeagleBone Black (BBB).

  Though https://docs.rockblock.rock7.com/docs/serial-interface implies
the UART is 3.3V with 5V tolerance, so should be okay in direct wired
systems. (I'm not sure about the + version, which has an RS-232 cable --
the spec shows a +/- half volt swing, when most RS-232 is much higher).

Once wired, it is just a serial modem device -- open the port and send
it AT-commands to configure/connect and then send it data...

All the needed documentation should be on the Rock7 site.
