is there a changelog for the BBB flasher images?

i see a couple new BBB flasher image files here:

http://dominion.thruhere.net/koen/angstrom/beaglebone/

that is, the 09.03 and 09.04 versions. is there a convenient way to
see the changelog for new flasher images? in cases where there's a
single day between versions, it would be nice to know what was so high
priority as to motivate a whole new version.

Change log is always provided on the Wiki download page.

ah, quite so, there it is:

i should note that the "NOTE" on that page right under the flasher
image link seems out of date; the ID.txt file *has* been updated. i
suspect that NOTE was for the earlier 09.03 image.
