LCD Display and Beagle board

Hi,

  I have the following display: AT080TN03 with the following specs http://www.pronics.com.cn/spec/innolux/AT080TN03%20V.1.pdf

Before starting, I want to know your opinions, if is hard to create an interface for this LCD or not.

I still need a level convertor for this type of lcd ?
I see the Input Logic High voltage it can be over 0.7v ...
