When i try to upgrade system from 23.04 to 23.10 using guide provided by Ubuntu, system will be updated but when i try to call apt update i get this error

Then i tried to flash latest ubuntu 24.04 from gitlab xuantie-ubuntu branch beaglev-1.1.2 i am able to flash that image but still after calling apt update i get same error. I tried to comment all apt sources and uncomment one by one but nothing works.
version of apt 2.7.14
