i wanna know why doesn't angstrom from narcissus include mono(c#
linker) in its image? doesn't the beagleboard support .net framework
or is it because that i chose x11 package?

Did you check the mono checkbox and if so, did you get a green tick? If not, why are you asking the question?
i checked the check box but it fails repestedly to install mono package in the angstrom. that made me wonder if beagleboard supports mono?

If you are wondering about the BeagleBoard, you can run other distros if you can’t find what you need in Angstrom.
As for Angstrom, mono is supported and I’ve used it. If narcissus isn’t working for you, do “opkg update; opkg install mono” already! Just use another working image, like the demo one.

coded on linux for windows or does it it also give me the freedom to
create programs in c# and run them on angstrom? basically i am more
interested in coding in c# because its native to me.

Why else would you use mono?
i’ll assume from your answer that it allows me to use c# program on angstrom.
