There's a repo on Github: GitHub - Angstrom-distribution/narcissus: Online image assembler for the Angstrom distribution but it's very dated.
Are you specifically after Angstrom? Specifically on-line?
(Apologies if you've done this tour already!) Have a look at buildroot, very good but currently difficult to integrate with the RCN repo/build system. Yocto is (IMVHO) dreadfully overcomplicated, $$$ - see timesys. I used this to build distros for an exotic Freescale board (Vybrid) which worked well but have not done anything in B3 space.
