How to open the design files found in the design directory of the below repo?

I tried with eagle v9.1.0 and ran into an error!
Error: Line 1, Column1: Start tag expected!

does eagle support import of kicad files?

i use kicad 9.x and it failed to open them also. not sure what version they used.

It looks like design GitHub - beagleboard/pocketbeagle-2: Mirror of https://openbeagle.org/pocketbeagle/pocketbeagle-2 was done in cadence allegro. Is it possible to convert it to kicad or fusion 360?
