need help with "kernel panic not syncing fatal exception in interrupt"

i am new to beagle board , my version is xm rev-c and i have recieved
this board in end of april
it ran ok for the first time and from that time i m facing this error
please help me as i am new to linux too

Pls mention your problem in detail

Which version of kernel you are using (uImage), from where you got this?
Refer BeagleBoard wiki,some ready made kernel images are there for XM.

I have also see this problem, some times it is because of power supply
adapter issue. Advised to use good quality adapter.
