Need some help my board wont boot

hello,
i was wondering if anyone had an explanation on what happened to my board. It was working while i was at work i then drove home and plugged it in like i normally did and now this is what i get on the console output

Texas Instruments X-loader 1.4.2 (Feb 19 2009 - 12:01:24)

this just repeats and repeats
any suggestions?

Could be ESD. Try to recover your x-loader.

How would i do that? Ive been looking around and i must be missing it every time

I was able to find a link to install and updated x-loader but while entering it in i bumped the cable and the system restarted. Now it wont boot up but im able to get it to recognise the user input button and have it display lines of garbled text

What do you mean with »entering it in« and did you bum the cable. Please
be as precise as possible.

Sorry I cannot grasp your situation. Do you get output on the serial
console.

Anyway please follow the steps in [1] exactly (also reformat your disk
again and so on) and look if it fixes your problems.
