It looks cool, I have not tried any of the configs to verify accuracy.
For me it is missing a lot of options for the P8 header. Just showing GPIO. None of the other P8 functions are shown. So a bit limited in that respect.

First impression, looked like it provided code “snippets” so you can make your own custom overlay.
If it worked like that, it would be a very valuable tool for those needing custom configurations.
That company is selling services so it can be safe to assume that was just some bait to get you to look at their website.
