I’ve checked all my GPIO from P8 (with a multimeter), and some of them don’t have any voltage, or lower value, such as 2.8 V.
It’s not normal ?

Possibly. Which one are actually configured via the proper pin mux settings?
Are there pull ups and pull downs on at the same time?
Or maybe just a pull down?
Is anything else connected to them?
Are they set as input or output?
