[PATCH] Added LDO init for the TWL4030. Added constants for the TWL4030 LDO init.

These patches are for the omap3-dev-usb branch where the usb peripheral work (and host too really) is being done.
Adds LDO init for the TWL4030. This gets over Diego's problem of having to hold the user-button when booting, at least for me.
