Is the BeagleBone Black Rev A5B PIn Mux available for download?
This hardware design includes TI’s PMIC TPS65217 and DDR3L.

There is no such thing. It all depends on the SW as set by the device tree files or the device tree overlay.

I never use the pin mux tool.
