I was struggling to read signal names in BeagleBoard schematics in
the SRMs (BB C4 is almost illegible, the BBxM C.1.0 is not as bad
but still difficult).
Is there a way to get the schematic pages as vector graphics
instead of bitmaps?

The schematics are available in PDF as seperate downloads.

Because in future revisions, I will be removing them from the SRM. It is too much work to get them in there and then as you have said they are hard to read. The SRM is created in WORD and the schematics are apsted in to word. That is why they are hard to read.

Confirmed! It is hardly possible to insert good looking scheme from CAD into Word
