This the problem am facing when am trying to use the beagle XM board.
I have changed different baud rate.
So can u help… me how can this be solved ?

It’s impossible (for me anyway) to tell what your problem is from those screen shots. Try to describe the steps you took and the result, preferable with pasted output in text, either in the body of the email or preferably, using one of the free pastebins.
You didn’t even say what you’re trying to use the BB-xm for? Also, there are many, many resources online you may want to consult first:

Buy a new non pl2303 based usb serial adapter cause your's looks
completely broken...
(you can also try gtkterm over minicom)

copied the boot images on to boot partition and extract of android
rootfs-rootfs_*.tar.bz2 to rootfs partition.
copied the Media clips to the data partition and START_HERE folder to
boot partition.inserted the card into the beagle Xm board.
connected to the Laptop and tried to access with minicom#sudo minicom -
s after tat made the baud rate settings and this the screen what I
got....
As you said it was the exact problem cable is completely broken.
Got a new cable and my work is done thank you...
