Power off while flashing Ubuntu

Hey there…

I’m pretty new to BeagleBone Black. And I tried to install Ubuntu 13.10 in my BBB.
While it was happening my power adapter was removed. Since that I’m getting only the “power LED”. All other LEDs are off.

How can I fix this?

unplug, hold down boot button, plug power in..
