Prob' : Kernel panic - not syncing : Fatal exception in interrupt

Hi!,
I am very new to BB.
My board is Beagle Board xM A3 in which i have connected
1. usb as power to board (in the OTG port of BB)
2. usb to serial converter (to RS232 port of BB)

i m checking it output on the Realterm Software(like Hperterminal).

But i m facing it problem during Kernel uncompressing..........

it showing me error as mentioned below

  is there any power issue?
               or
  something else ?

  Please help me .

  Bye

The kernel in the demo image and the one that ships, does not support OTG. Do not use OTG.

Gerald

Could be a power issue. I have not had this issue with a 5v regulated cube power supply. Most will tell you that the current on XM may be too high to be driven by a USB host. I have tried at least 3 different pre-build images and they all work eventually and none have power problems with a 5v cube. It is cheap enough to try. Special Computing sells them for $10 - probably any electronics store has them.
