PRU User Space API

Hi Kumar Abhishek, Zubeen Tolani,

I hope all is well with you both. I am interested in the PRU User Space API project and I have few questions for you both. What is the level of Python / C experience do you expect ? I have an Undergraduate in Computer Science with some experience with C but primarily use Python for programming work.
