Could someone help me with the better and security way to connect 5v relays on BBB ?

I was about to refer the other active relays thread (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/beagleboard/ULd14Ig_bQI/UJDhk4WJknAJ), but I noticed you started that one 
I guess you need something like this: http://www.amazon.in/CHANNEL-ULN2803-CONTROLLABLE-RASPBERRY-ARDUINO/dp/B00LMX97UI … I think it’s important that you can drive it with 3.3v (not 5v) if you want to use the BBB.
I’ve never bought from Amazon India, and I couldn’t find it in Amazon US or eBay…
I’m very interested if you find a clean solution. Let us know
