Replace the TL1963A

Hi Gerald,

I design our board base on BeagleBoard xM,
Can I replace the U3(TL1963A) by a FM401?
For cost and save space.

In your design, the U3 just use to drop the input voltage to 4.2V to match the TPS65950 input requirement.

In our design, I use a DC/DC, convert the 12V input voltage to 5.1V,
the FM401 minimum forward voltage is 0.6V,
So the TPS65950 input will be: 5.1 - 0.6 = 4.5V
