What would I need to get RFID and WIFI?

Plug in a WiFi dongle to the USB port. RFID, that would need a cape to be built or maybe a RFID USB device.

That should work, but it is 5V. You would need to add a level shifter. You could use the prototype cape and a level shifter from say Spark fun and get this working. Looks straightforward to me.
