sdr-shell for IF

WRT the narcissus build, I wonder if this version of sdr-shell can be
included. I tried building on beagleboard, but not all the pieces are
there to do that.

I'm also struggling to get wxWidgets and wxPython built, quisk builds
but when it starts module _wx is not there.

OE can build wxwidgets now, but not wxpython. wxpython is on my list
of things I need one day though,
