The Case of Rounding Out the BeagleBone

I am looking at making a BeagleBone Cape board and it rather bugs me
that the two ends are not rounded the same. I also expect the board
to be rather tight and would like some extra space for routing. I
would like to make the end of the board that has 0.5 inch corners
instead 0.25 inch corners or possibly square all of them off
entirely. I know this won't cause any problems with plugging into the
CPU board, but I'm wondering if any of the cases out there will be too
tight. None of the cases I've seen come with any real data including
the height dimensions.

So BeagleBone case makers, will your cases work ok with squared off
boards? If not, will they work with boards with 0.25 inch rounded
corners?
