udev and rules.d for BeagleY-AI

I was writing an udev rule. I tried. Most of what I see online seems to all summarize into this one I have tried just now:

SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTR{idVendor}=="1ffb", ATTR{idProduct}=="0086", MODE="0666"

Do I need KERNEL in there at all? Or if you have another idea for this SUBSYSTEM device, please let me know.

The storms are hitting us (as usual). I might be away. I will check back later…

Power outages in these parts are random and happen often.

Whelp, sudo it is for now…

I keep not getting my udev rules to work.
