Since I received my BBB couple days before I try to boot from SD-Card.
I plan to use Starterware so I loaded CCS and Starterware.
In “AM335x\binary\armv7a\cgt_css\am335x\beaglebone\bootloader” i found “MLO” and in
“AM335x\binary\armv7a\cgt_css\am335x\beaglebone\demo” I found “app”.
After loading “HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool” and executing the tool with Drag & Drop I copied the both fils to my SD-Card (OS is Windows 7). After putting the SD-Cart to my BBB, connecting the RS232, starting a terminal, after connecting power (over USB) I got the following:
