Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel.

On the last line printed the kernel indicates it could not find any of the default init programs (/sbin/init, /etc/init, /bin/init or /bin/sh) in the filesystem. You should pass the “init=/my/init” as kernel command line argument.

Can you explain why your bootargs string has so strange parameters? Trying to invent the wheel?

in u-boot:

nand erase 260000 20000
boot

Enjoy
