[URGENT]My BeagleBoard won't start

Hello all;
My beagleboard c4 does not start. and when power up only one led
"which is D10" is on.
The last Thing I did before this happens is I wrote these commands on
the beagleboard prompt via serial port:
nand erase
reset

Have you tried to prepare an SD with MLO and u-boot card and boot the
board with USER button pressed?
