Is it possible to use the usb client port as a host somehow? I want to be able to use 2 USB ports without losing speed.

Not without physically modifying the board and updating the dtb.
Thanks for the quick reply.
I’m okay modifying the dtb, are the board modifications difficult? If it’s just soldering to a usb cable I don’t mind doing that.
There was a guy who posted a “how to” last year that I had a link to at one point. The link went 404 some time ago, so I’ll assume his modifications somehow went south.
You’d be better off getting a board with dual ( or more ) USB ports for a project like that in mind.
The “wayback machine” has an archive, but without the images the post once had.
BTW If you modify your board you’re on your own and you void its warranty. You may know this already but it is important to note that.
Does a powered hub really slow you down that much?
Hi Neabex,
I am also doing same Task i.e OTG controller configure as Host and slave and make it as hot pluggable devices. Did you get solution for that? if you get how can i do for that?
