USB keyboard is not sensed while booting linux kernel (2.6.32) on beagleboard

I am trying to port to port chromium os on beagleboard xm Rev C.
The keyboard is not configured even though i have enable HID device
settings and keyboard enable settings in the .config file of kernel.

The kernel version i am using is 2.6.32

Please look into the logs if someone can help me. The logs are at :-

second query, On screen i am getting chromium os logo flash screen
then it goes to blank.
may be it has some problem in X.
Please suggest me what to do.

How are you powering your board? I've experienced similar problems in
the past while using the USB OTG power, problems that were solved in
my case by switching to the 5v source.
