USB problems on - Ubuntu , rev B7

I have just setup my beagleboard according to this step by step man

Everything went well except that my keyboard and mouse are not
responding at all

I think i missed something when i copied the files....
Where should i start search the problem?

Everything in the log looks good.

Using the serial console, what does lsusb return? (looking to see
what it returns for the hub)

By the way, about what i said earlier, about pin 4 and 5, i did it
manually because i think the adapter doesnt do it for me.

The problem was the hub...
I just replaced it and everything is ok!

Awesome, glad to hear it works... You'd be amazed how common this
problem actually is. I have a collected a good collection of
cheap/name brand hubs here that just never work anymore...
