Anyone tried interfacing USB TV tuner card to beagle board,

Hauppauge WinTV PVR2 USB
This is an analog tv tuner card with hw mpeg encoder.
Works more or less (works if powered and connected when beagle boots,
not otherwise; some usb work is needed to get that working too).
