usb0 management in bullseye

How is the usb0 interface managed in the new bullseye image. It used to be managed with a script, but that is missing and it does not look like it is being managed in the interfaces file.

Hello…what does this question mean? usb0.network and bb-usb-gadgets.service are what exactly and how does it interact with basic functions in code land?
