I was interested in using the beagle board for a work project. My work
machine has windows XP and not linux, and I was wondering if the
beagle board will easily work with Windows XP. If not, please let me
know the best way that I can use the beagle board with my work machine.

Install Linux on it. It's much easier than trying to make things work
in Windows. Use a virtual machine if you must.
