Using Display on Beaglebone Black

Hi team,
I have a query, I am using Beaglebone black with a dell monitor given below in link,

which is connected via HDMI. and I have installed LXDE package and Lightdm for using GUI, so when I try to play some video on display with resolution like 1280x720_24FPS then also the video is playing very low and sticky. can you please help me out here.

You will need to upgrade to a multi-core board. BBB is an exceptionally good board for applications that are not as demanding as displaying video. The Ai64 does a good job of playing video.
