Using TPS65217D with AM3358

Hi,

For an industrial board that I am making, I am using BBB as reference.
I understand that TPS65217C is used in the BBB and it is set in software somewhere to output 1.35V for VDD_DDR instead of 1.5V which is the default for DCDC1.

Where exactly does this change take place? Suppose I do not use beaglebone software along with the board then where do I need to make this change?

Or if I want to change the PMIC to TPS65217D then what do I have to do to make it work with the beaglebone software environment?
