what kind of USB cable connector for BeagleBone

Hi all,

I just bought a beaglebone, but without usb cable inside.

from the beginning manual, I want to setup the board and link
beaglebone to my laptop.

can someone help me to show me the figure of usb cable connector which
I should buy from local electronic stores?

is the tin from the video[1] included?

I received a BeagleBone yesterday but it came just in a cardboard box. Other vendors like [2] also show a tin...

I got mine from https://specialcomp.com/beagleboard/bone.htm. The
price was $79. I got the tin, but no cable.

I got mine from Special Computing having preordered it. It was $85 and included the cable. I also got the tin for $1 extra (although the marking on the tin seem to indicate that TI was giving them away for free (I guess you have to pay for all that shipping & handling :))).
